remember the child molester arrested at a dallas schoolbus stop a few months ago that was from NO? IIRC he had been let out of a jail or prison when katrina left. They just ...let em all out!
Guess im getting bitter of late
in the past 3 months we have had a problem with refugees from NO. several times we get to the residents and its so NASTY we have told the ppl we couldnt install their fios or even phone service.
Not all are this way but their has been a growing number of them.
And i have seen alot of these ppl who move into an apt or house and a month or so later sneak out in the middle of the night never paying bills or rent and damn near destoying the place.
Theirs a HUGe difference between a refugee and a evacuee not just the definition either
