Okay, now that I have lured you in with an inuendo, why do we have the 2 engined 234? Ive seen more 4 engines than 2. I think the 2-engined is sexier, but im just curious. Heres some pics:

The price for fuel is up too high HT cant help but to have a 2-engined jet bomber. Its too expencive to have a 4-engined jet bomber.

Not shure why but I have seen alot of pics with the 4 jet's on the bomber. thats a good ? if you asked me.

Actually only about 15 prtototypes of 4-engined Ar 234 were completed.  To my knowledge, none of them saw combat.

Ah. See, ive never even HEARD of the 234 before AH. I knew about the 163 though, and all the others, but somehow, the 234 slipped past me.

The four engine units were jets built by BMW.

The twins were Junkers equipped; and were also used by the 262.

Seeing as how the 262 was getting priority, the Ar had to use the weaker Beemers
