God bless America, land of free, home of the blame?
Let's see if I understand the state of personal responsibility in the America of the 1990s.
If a woman burns her thighs on the hot coffee she was holding in her lap while driving, she blames the restaurant.

If your teen-age son kills himself, you blame the rock 'n' roll musician he liked.

If you smoke three packs a day for 40 years and die of lung cancer your family blames the tobacco company.
 
If your daughter gets pregnant by the football captain you blame the school for poor sex education.

If your neighbor crashes into a tree while driving home drunk, you blame the bartender.
 
If your cousin gets AIDS because the needle
he used to shoot heroin was dirty, you blame the government for not providing clean ones.

If your grandchildren are brats without manners, you blame television.
 
And, if your friend is shot by a deranged madman, you blame the gun manufacturer.
 
God bless America, land of the free, home of the blame.

Aren't we glad we live in America, we can do whatever we want and give blame to someone else.

lack of personal responsibility .. it's the fashion now a days. Why blame yourself when there are so many others to blame instead? When the ex-pres of the US of A does it (and gets away with it with the help of the media and others), does it surprise anyone that all would not try it? Sad testament of today's society and is the root cause for many of our evils ...

BLAME THE ATTORNEYS!

Actually, Jihad, its not so much the attourney's as it is the judges that allow this in their court rooms, thus, voting for local judges in your districts is EXTREMELY important, since one day they may be 'appointed' into a high court.  So,read up on your local judges and cases they've handled and vote them bastiges OUT before they can do further damage later on.

Ya people need to take responsability for their crap.  A prime exapmple of how bad its going is how people get shot and the gun manufacturer catches the heat..thats is so flagrent that its just sickening.

Bullets don't kill people- the kinetic energy of the bullets kill people.
Kinetic energy doesn't kill people- the resistance to a change in state of rest of the internal organs of the human body kills people.
