None had glaucoma; but the study, published in the September issue of Archives of Ophthalmology, found that eye pressure increased during the breath-holding done as part of the training

so none had it so far? whats the sense of this read then?
i sure have higher eye pressure after a dinner at our local greece
restaurant sitting at the toilett ;)

Exactly, good advice Superdud.  I've always said excerise is bad.  when I was younger I played sports, football, baseball, softball, basketball, I even ran.   I suffered from several injuries, torn ligaments, sprains, and cuts, gashes and stitches.  Now that I'm older I avoid excerise when ever possible and suprisingly I've had no injuries.
