Heheh...that's what I had to do when I started to work at CH and switched to an all CH HOTAS system.

Lefty here too, fly righty with saitek x45. Never been too much of a problem flying righty (though it would be better if I could blame my poor skills at AH on not having a left handed stick).

I guess since I have always used the mouse with the right hand, it has been easier to adjust using the stick as well.

I just got my CH combatstick and pro throttle back from HomeBoy who converted them to LeftyHOTAS. Here's my mini-review:

Flying with the stick in the left hand makes this totally worth it. I tried adjusting to the right hand method but it wasn't happening for me. This is the way it should be.
This is a permanent conversion. There's no going back to the right handed handles, since the right handed grips are surgically altered into left handed handles. These are not completely new fabricated handles. The hardware feels just as sturdy as before however and feels great.
The controllers are just as accurate as before and no new software is needed.
I have to try hard to find faults here. If there's one, it would be that if you look closely there's a few light "scars" visible from the modification. It's more of a hand-crafted look than a factory finish. I must stress however this does not lessen my satisfaction in the end result at all. They look fine at arms length and I didn't buy them to look at them. ;)

I'm working on a project too... starting this weekend, I'll be gutting a Suncom dual throttle and setting it up with CH guts including a USB set up.

As soon as I can get a yoke, I'll have the most realistic P38 controls available.
