This is the first year I am not hosting a big party for the Reno Air Races.  I will be there and will stop by the booth.

Everyone does know that "Rare Bear" used to fly AH in the DHBG right?

He didn't fly much but he did.

Just a reminder so you can root for him to win again.

The last I heard Dago Red was still for sale. I haven't heard much on Straiga lately, but I'm out of the loop. I usually get lucky and talk to Steve Hinton about this time of year, but they didn't have a show at Middlesboro KY this year, so Steve didn't come and wring out Glacier Girl.

I am rooting for my friends Howard Pardue and Nelson Ezell.  Howard flies his Bearcat "Kmberly Brooke" and Nelson flies Howards Sea Fury # 13.

Yo Jolly, I hear you met several DHBG today.

They didn't even see this post and were looking for you.  I guess the topic of AH just came up.

too funny

I had a great time, had to come home sat becaues I am working on Sun.  Was funny to meet someone who you only talk to online.  Races were great, one guy aborted on T/O yesterday and #7 P-51 pulled out of yesterdays qualifying race(Friday afternoon).

I will be going back next year.
