Odd WXP Message on shutdown

For the last 3 or 4 days, when I shut windows down, I get a message flashed on my screen saying

"The following drive is not ready...., retry, cancel, continue."

What is with this message?

What kinds of drives do you have in the computer? In the lower right hand corner, is there an icon there that acts like theres a usb drive working?

2 Internal 300 Gig's, 1 DVD ram, 1 USB which isnt powered on usually.
