hey guys, if your squad emblem is 100x100 how do you resize it to 64x64?

I'm having extreme difficulties

Open it in MS paint or similar program, find the menu option for resizing, and adjsut pixels.

Incidentally Paint can also convert jpgs to gif or bmp

sent back... strange that it came to me as a 10 x 10 ... if you can send the original file to my gmail acct I can make reduce it with more clarity
