April 8th, 1943 first combat flight for P-47C in ETO with 4th FG...

July, 1943 first combat for P-47D in Pacific with 348th FG

Going with HTC's definition of the era splits, I don't think we'll see a jug in the early war arena.  It'd be perked if it was anyway...

D-25 to the midwar would be cool.  Make it a perk if necessary.  Consider this a substitute for the P-47D razorbacks equipped with the paddleblade prop, since we still don't have one of those.  Hey, there's an idea... give us a D-21 for the midwar. :aok

Or you could add a D-11 to the early war as a perk, probably perked pretty heavily though, because of its armor and firepower.

Hi Tech said:

"Early mid and late are relative terms. As things are split up now, it's generally a mid period of mid 42 to early 44 with early and late being outside of that. As with many things, I'm sure this will evolve over time."

No P-47 saw combat before before mid 42 nor a D-25 in early '44, so I don't think we'll see the D11 in the early war or D25 in the mid war arenas unless the dates "evolve" on the early/mid war arenas.
