I'll have to apologize in advance, I no longer have access to Social and Economic works from a University Library and all my uni papers were done prior to the advent of MS-Word (actually, I have no idea where any of them are now - that's probably for the best), so I can't grab any data from them via the PC at church.
A while back, I used some data from an About.com article on another list and got burned badly. Since that time I've grown very wary about their stats and "essays." Many of their articles should carry either "opinion," "speculation" or "I'm making this up, because I don't have a clue."
But most of the data from the following online "AP Euro" cheat sheet looks fairly accurate and generally corresponds with the statistical histories I was reading almost 20 years ago. Wish they'd footnoted it though.
