Sea Fury pwns!

On August 8, 1952, British pilot Peter Carmichael downed a MiG-15 jet fighter in air to air combat (though some sources claim a second MiG) when his flight of four Sea Furies was jumped by eight MiGs. During the engagement two other MiGs were damaged; all of the Sea Furies returned unharmed.

korea then nam. Nam you would have F106 - f104 , AC130 , mig21, mig 17 , F4 , F6 . the A2 . it would be great. Bombers would have the B52 and Vigilanty, the A6 would just be there too. And a whole squad of Hueys and cobras flying down a deep valley with some Iggy Pop blasting out. Roll on the extra eras

I have to say Korean Era is quite exciting, even though the engines of the Jets were still slightly more ealiable they were very prone to flameouts if abused, also the spool up time of these jets even though theywere slightly faster were still slower than jets of the Vietnam era, and were mainly BNZ.

The Migs ruled high and the Sabres Drooled low

It will b extra exciting to see these top rivals with a slight perk fight each other , even though there were many more jets than WW2 prop planes still flew many sorties, so that
s why I think there should be a slight perk penalty for these two types or as the war progresses there should be the varying degree of improvements made to the sabre and Mig jets with a slight perk increase.

B-36 never saw action in Korea. US command thought it to be too risky for one to be shot down over korea and have the USSR get their hands on it!

As far as i know.....

Don't forget the A-1 Skyraider. That's the baby to use for ground attack.
