OK, I get it we need to split the arena's for the sake of the over all game, but come on, I just logged on to the mid-war arena finally had some worthy numbers to play, but then the ENY restricts every mid war A/C and GV, talk about fustration:mad: , with low numbers the eny made it impossible to up anything competative, it's like fighting ak-47's with daisy bb guns, what fun is that?

The EW arena is a giant furball, with assists everywhere, not thats always a bad thing, but I would like to fly the mid-war rides once in a while 51B and 38J but with the current set up its just not possible. Tweeking needs to take place or sorry guys its just not worth the grief anymore.

And Iam a big fan of the game, but this is the hight of fustration for me, I dont care to fly late war due to all the LALA dweebs but the other options are not much better. sorry for the Rant but I had to post my thoughts for nothing else to blow off steam.

I hope it gets better, right now its tough to be positive:confused:

It will get better. Hang in there. They have a lot of things to identify. What you call blowing off steam is actually identifying problems that made need fixing. Give em time.

Try something other than the quasi-Late War P-38J and P-51B?

Spitfire Mk IX, Bf109G-2, Mosquito Mk VI, La-5FN, Fw190A-5 and A6M5b are all capable of killing fast.

This is supposed to be fun, not an exercise in frustration.
This stuff should have been thought about and addressed before the changes were made.


The ENY was instituted to try to solve problems in the MA, now the MA is no more. AH survived many years without an ENY. Maybe the ENY is not necessary now. How long does it take to figure that out?



Why not turn off the ENY and see how that works? Obviously, having it on is just getting people PO'd.


This is the kind of stuff that will kill the game, people logging on and then logging off because it's a frustrating experience. They'll put up with it for a while, but eventually they will find that they would rather do other things, like talk to their wives, pet their dogs or even watch TV than try logging on to AH just to get angry.

Because it essentially was off the first day or two because HTC had not changed the 200 player limit for ENY to kick in.  Thus we had 125 rook vs 55 bish vs 14 nit in some arenas with no ENY limit.  That was getting people PO'd even more.

With the lower arena caps its is even MORE important that ENY limiter stay in use. Tweek it until it works, but dont get rid of it.

I got a real earful last night for not being loyal to my country.

It was pretty cool, didn't know people really took it that seriously.

100% agreed on that one.

if the players are split 20:10:5 (rook:bish:knit) then rooks should be punished. since its totally unfair.

but then that's the overall problem with this new setup, which will take along while to get settled, because the next arena will probably be the opposite, something like 10:10:40, then 30:60:20 in another arena...




maybe, if HTC can, it should update the roster page, so you can view all 3 "MA's".

so there is tabs up the top, EW, MW, LW and you can check what the sides are like and join other arenas.... that way you can also see if your mates are online in other arenas?

ENY doesn't work, very few change sides due it. They log off. Been this way since it was incorporated. Only way sides are going to be perfectly balanced is if the community changes there mind set and fix it thereselves.

I think there are other methods that may somewhat help the imbalance a lot better the ENY.
