AKKaz, I think you're seeing the "sloshing water" effect. The problem is, that the eny system, and the values assigned to individual planes, was designed for an average MA population of 300-700. The problem is, ENY was'nt made to make a person jump sides. It was made to restrict the higher end aircraft, and if you guys can remember in the old MA, It rarely locked out the entire planeset. It forced you into MW and EW rides, but did'nt make it so the only thing you could up was a C-47. I'd never seen it to where you had to do more than give up some of the uber-late war rides. The thing is, though, they could count on so many people in the MA at one time(or, a certain % of players). However, the ENY values for the individual planes are now out of whack. They might have to adjust the ENY values in the hangar...But this won't prevent the problem of Too many people flying for 1 country, and not the other 2. People jumping back and forth are going to find out, that if too many jump the fence, It just transfers the problem to another country. I figure it's gonna take some time to try to sort this out, (If there is an acceptable solution.)
