Ok, this would have to be the one ghost in history that is seen on camera for starters.

Throw the camera, on the back seat.   Have water dripping.   The camera "had the car rolled" would have been in pieces.   Not sitting there tilted on it's side.   If you really think this is ACTUAL FOOTAGE, wow, nevermind you do.

Actually, no, I dont think the camera would have broken. Things like that are very durable. I have dropped my video camera on conrete, and it still worked perfectly fine. I think the lens might have cracked, but it would still work. No evidence or information to back this up, just a guess.

Regardless of "camera issues", you are not getting a "ghost on camera".

Some googling came up with this little "unknown FACT".

"One friend even says she knows one of the boys in the video: he's a cinema and TV student and that video was a work they had to do for school."

Whoopsie.

Rofl even if someone would be dumb enough to believe the story, the digital image editing apparent before the crash + obviously improvised acting during the cardrive give it away.

It's something like public indecency.  Repeated words can land you a fine or trip to the precinct, however, i'm not sure the case in the video since I haven't seen it.

Only way for this to happen, is to have a complainant instruct the officer.   Bottom line, Dayton, OH should be embarrassed to have a piece of s**t like him, representing their city.
