when i was a teenager we played Russian Roulette with a blank firing starter pistol, looser had to chug his beer.

We used to do something similar, only we used beer.

Take six cans, shake one up, mix them up randomly and each person pulls a beer. Put the can to ones head and pull the "trigger" . It either goes off and you drink the beer, or it doesn't.

And then you drink your beer.

It was a win-win game
