Anyone tried the new pedals. I have the X52 Hotas and seeing how my b-day is this month I might treat myself to pedals. I guess anything will be better than the twisting for rudder, but was wondering about compatibility adn such. Any reviews would also be helpful.

I was surprised to see that (at least on release) the Saitek pedals were very near in price to the CH ones. And even now, the Saitek ones are MORE expensive than CH ($135 at amazon vs $105 for CH)
Based on general brand performance, even if the price was anywhere close I would strongly lean towards the CH ones. The components CH generally uses are miles more durable than the ones saitek generally uses....and I dont think the Saitek unit has been out long enough to show that they last as well as CH.
Cheaper AND a more reliable brand? Should be pretty easy.

in my opinion, for the money, go with CH. they have a much more durable product. dont get me wrong, i love my X52, but when it dies, im going with a CH stick. already have the pedals.

The CH Pedals, both the Pro and Normal versions, are a known quantity, and both are highly regarded and durable.
I hardly see a reason to go with anything else. Being cheaper is a bonus.

Thanks for all the help. Sounds like the CH ones are the better option now.
