try rebooting your routor 1st ... if you have no ping to the MA thats ussually the culprit ..or a firewall /av program

I found that limiting frame rates to 60 in the game helps lots. Does no good to generate 150 fps if refresh rate is half that.

If your getting 150 fps I'd bet your vertical sync is off. That is a major cause for rubber bullets.
I know Orion mentioned it and not louietech.
