capturing streaming video

guys do u know how i can capture shots from a realplayer streaming video or the whole video its self?

i cant left click save as so need another option.

i tried fraps but it doesnt like realplayer

If you have tv-out on your video card, clone your monitor to that output (very easy to do in windows video settings). Run that output to a camcorder.
