two feet of snow fell in western New York State last night, 80% of roads impassable, heaviest October snowfall in 137 years according to weather service.

global warming is hell.

That continuous band of snow was cool to see on RADAR.  It seems like someone had just parked a giant snowblower on the lake.

Don't know if that is sarcasm or not, but the warming effect will cause bigger snowstorms. We have got some pretty big storms in the past(nor'easters), and I would ask how much bigger can they get, but I don't want to throw a hex on myself.

Which reminds me, I need to get the thrower serviced.

as long as that cold air keeps blowing over lake erie, it's going to keep going.  it happened a few years back when we got 7 ft. of snow in lancaster (burb of buffalo).

How can the alarmists lose? Warming will either cause a global ice age or melting ice caps swamping coastal areas. Now that's hedging your bet.
