Suit over illegals OK'd for workers at Tyson Foods

it is illegal.

the court should uphold it.  i hope so.

even if we were to remain permissive, we would have a strong precident  to punish serious offenders or those who remain wholly unwilling to accept responsibility for those that they bring in without permission.

The problem is not illegal aliens; the problem is government. Every government agency has the tools and regulations to stem illegal employment. You have ask who is influencing them to not enforce those rules. You'll find it is not illegal aliens compromising the integrity of legislation and administration of government, it's US businesses.

Just like it says on the clipboard when you log into AH: "The evil within..."

Unfortunately, Rolex, You are right. Due to uncontrolled lobbying, Money from business' is allowed into election funds, "donations" to parties, etc. Add to this, manipulation of media and statistics given to Main-Stream Americans, and you can see how businesses really operate. Add to the fact that you have Illegal Immegrants taking advantage of laws that dictate that they get health care, education, and housing, and you can see the burden on our already suffering Tax base. Things like NAFTA (Which was pushed by both the GOP and the Democrats, alike) have made this problem exponentially worse. If you look at the trend over the last 30 years, My imagination reels in horror of what our country and economy looking like in the next 3 decades.

Its the Section 8 that really burns me, the govts great idea to let ghetto elk move to middle class areas and pay 30% of what I do. Landlords love it because Govt checks always arrive on time and its guaranteed cash even if someone loses a job, gets fired etc.. Plus Uncle Sam pays for some repairs.

One neighbor of mine pays $600 less than I do, tax payers pick up the rest. And that mofo has a bigger frikn TV than I do!

I was looking to rent a house near by for $1300 a mo, but it had plumbing issues.. I passed. The landlord moves in a Section 8 family of eight adults who pay $400, or uh $50 a month each. Its a day laborer crash pad now, trash everywhere, stinks like urine, rotting cars on the street. La bamba music booms every night as the drunks bark at the moon.

Soon the whole block with be overrun as regular people leave in disgust.

Must be nice to sneak into this country and have the Govt allow you to live in a (used to be) nice area for $50 a month, plus they get WIC, food stamps and GR. Meanwhile the sap middle class family of three next door works 2 jobs just to get by, and is 1 layoff from being broke.

No wonder they swarm here like Locusts, our govt it just too simple and stupid not to be taken advantage of.

Edit:
I hope this lawsuit spreads through corporate America like a cash eating cancer and forces the nutless clones in congress to pay attention to something other than getting rich with real estate scams or trying to doink kids.

"ofcourse and after that the buyers will feel the increased product prices too.
One thing leads to another."

Oddly enough, their hiring of illegals has never resulted in lower prices at the retail level--which, if your argument was valid, it should.  There's no valid reason for any corporation to raise prices if they replace illegals, unless the public or government is too stupid and accepts their lies (which is highly likely, sadly).

Stuff like that is a great example of why an unregulated or barely-regulated free market is NOT a good economic system.

golfer... maybe in Ohio you are seeing something different... here in kalifornia we have had the illegals for a long time.

You are right... at first they work hard and mind their own business for peanuts like good little slaves...

Human nature being what it is... as soon as they get a full belly and their worst medical problems fixed...human nature takes over..

People don't like being slaves much..

The slaves have babies and the babies grow up in the schools and they learn the ropes and they learn how to milk the system... they teach the new illegals coming in how to do section 8 and welfare and social services.. they learn how to live in an underground econmomy..

Where I live there is a whole generation of kids of illegals who have never finished school and who either have never worked or underwork..

They are not "hard working" and are mostly simply criminals... most have been to jails and prisons...

We are creating vast slums and vast drains on resources.

We need to stop illegal aliens by arresting the employers.   Then we need to cut all social services for em and we need to severly limit rewarding women for having children out of wedlock and make it impossible for them to do so and then move their boyfriend into their section 8 house.

If you can't afford it... you don't deserve to have children or even sex.  If you can't cover the cost you don't deserve to have sex in my opinion.
