Account problem

My friend signed up for an Aces High Account yesterday because he wanted to fly online on his own account yesterday. So when he came over ew tried to play with his account in the main arena, only to get an error message telling up that his 2 weeks free has ran out which is impossible because he just signed up yesterday and hasnet signed in once. Why is this happening and can you fix it please?

Same sort of thing happened to me.  I was using a friends computer ( I think that's the key) and started my own account, but was not allowed my two weeks.  
I think that it's because there was already an account tied to that computer, but now that I can actually afford the monthly charge, it might be nice to check out the MA.  I also now have my own PC.
