Great observation and FAC platform. I support it 100 % provided they upgrade the egress system to a 0/0 and actually make it survivable in a crash.

Manned observer aircraft are far superior to unmanned aircraft. It can return far easier than the unmanned to a point of interest and allows real time analysis of what is being observed by an experianced observer.

Fantastic idea, these can loiter for a very long time and can deliver an effective weapon selection for close air support. Plus they just look neat.

Looks like a chin mounted 20mm or 7.62 minigun from a AH-1. Prob an M-197 or similar. Kinda a lil mini puff the magic dragon.
