Besides, there are/were different maps in the work. Terrain Editor is available for anyone that wants to give mapmaking a shot.

The problem with mapmaking is: it takes a *lot* of time. And creating a layout of a map that is well balanced for the three cuontries, meets the HTC rules on MA maps, satisfies all the types of gameplay out there is not really an easy task either.

thing is, that would be ht's job.  its a great extra in the game but have seen players make maps that get put in use.  only thing is they dont stay in use:(

I've got one submitted for approval now Dad. It's an odd shape so no guarantees it will make it..... can you say "Small pizza to go"? :)

Dad while I feel your pain, most of the player made maps are too large for the arenas now.

The reason that happened is with the old arena there weren't enough large maps. Now with the new system, the opposite is true.

...and while there at it, how about a few different terrain tiles in new and current maps to spruce things up a bit.

These same maps have gotten stale beyond belief. I am so disappointed when I log in and see the same damn map...What's the point anymore...

I guess they need monthes to test a small map. Its getting really tiring, I've been paying for years, to play the exact same maps that 5yrs ago. No word to describe this boringness.

Today they renamed the arena with some color names instead of numbers (really annoying, we were all getting used to LWA1 LWA2 etc...) .....if they have time to spend like that, may they test new maps !
