Skyrock: I think I understand what you mean. And it is exactly what im talking about. I hope you get this sorted out soon, and best wishes to you and your kids.
Thanks, Schatzi.  wassupdoc took one quote out of this thread and tried to distort everything that I have posted.  I may have been throwing some unneccesary weight around with the "talk to the devil" statement, but from my experiences I would rather not gamble on the intentions of a home intruder with the lives of my children.   Many times intruders don't come into the house to cause bodily harm to the inhabitants, but often they see weakness and indecisiveness to fight as an open door to do as they will with their "victims".  At any rate, it is a unsettling thought to have to deal with and I hope I am never placed in that position.  <>

I must be insane, its been peaceful lately, I got some parts that are good if they'll help, let me know what you might need.

I am sincerely sorry to hear about your home being invaded. I know I would be fit to be tied if it were my HOME.

Being a Vet, its part of my job to kill animals sometimes. Its *always* difficult for me, even when i see the neccessity in it.

I dont want to imagine killing another human being. Im not sure id even be able to do it.

Schatzi

I had a rat in my sons room once (this is about 10 years ago) at the time I owned an air rifle, I sat on the floor and waited for it to make a show...

The brave little salamander walked into the middle of the room and sat there looking at me...

I had him lined up and my finger on the trigger (I am a decent shot)... But I could not shoot, He posed no threat to me and he just sat there not looking in the best of health to be honest... In the end I chased him out of the house.....

I say this because I know that I could not shoot somthing that did not pose a threat, yet I know that there are some humans who will kill, maim ect for virtually nothing.... I know this cause I have known people like this...

If I found somone in my house, I have no choice othere than to render them incapable of harming my family.... As I cannot read minds (Not trying to sound smart mate) I do not know their intentions or what they are capable of so I will assume the worst and take action as I see required...

It is unfortunate that the most creative and capable species on the earth is to stupid to raise its off spring to be responsible for its own actions...

PS: Bugs What I ment is that he should be given the chance to become a useful member of society (after paying his debts) but he will most likley reoffend....

Man I'd kill a sickly looking rat faster than I would a healthy looking one.

With the help of Silat I will be back in the virtual skies hopefully by Saturday.  I miss my Fender and Epiphone though! :(
