Login fails to Bulletin Board for member

Hiya's, I have a member of my squadron not able to login with his ID.  I remember a problem in the past with another person, so this may be the same problem (different person)..here's the email I received from AH1G:

"For some odd reason I'm unable to access the BB   Whenever I type in AH1G or ah1g then the password it dumps me to an error screen saying no such member is registered.  Any tips would be greatly appreciated!"
