They blocking everyone to export the PS3 to Europe.
I mean c'mon Sony every PS3 sold is one PS3 more sold, if you
dont like my money then stick your PS3 exact you know where!

They are alternatives, Nintendo's Wii

Get the Nintendo Wii. It's only $200 and plus you can tell your friends that you like to play with your Wii. Or better yet, invite them over to play with your Wii.

Only Sony products WORTH looking at are their "ES" series products for HT. Their TV's are the worst on the market for excessive redtones. BUT, the public is blind.

Console gaming sucks anyway... You need a mouse and a stick to play. Only upside to console gaming is that you dont need to worry about specs before you buy a game that sucks and you can annoy the missus by playing on the livingroom tv... oh wait..

Nevermind... console gaming is for 5-10 year olds.

they dont come out here till early next year. i certainly won't be buying one right away, all consoles are stupidly expensive on release (i was the smart kid that waited 2 months to get my PS2 after my friends and i paid £200 instead of £500) i'll be doing the same with the PS3, waiting a few months then finding a decent deal somewhere.

PS3 rocks the socks of the xbox and the retarded nintendo. yes, i do hate nintendo, it's something about their camp characters and their underpowered crud (N64 was fun though).

PS3 is apparently very powerful, and from what i've seen in some reviews and a few TV shows, the graphics are smoother and faster than the other two. it's also one of the cheapest HD DVD players you'll be able to get in the next year or so.

but like nilsen said, i prefer PC all the way

PS3 looks very very sweet... $600.00 isn't that bad when you compare it to the price of the xbox when it 1st arrived. also it's allot cheaper than your average PC.

spend the money on upgrading your PC, or buying 10 great new games.

They don't want people avoiding the rip-off level European prices they will set by getting PS3s from the US or Asia: in other words they are using the law to prevent a glabl market in PS3s.

Ain't globalization great: Sony can export jobs to countries where labour is cheap but consumers cannot import from countries where the product is cheaper, and our laws support this.

Ps4 will be out in 2 years anyway...stick with aces high 15$ a month:aok
