Took me like 2 hours total to make. (Doesn't look like it though :rolleyes: )

Whaddya think?

It's good, it's 2D and pretty simple, but good if you are just starting.

I can only guess that you are drawing each picture then putting them in order with some sort of GIF animation program etc.


If you want to really start expressing your ideas and creativity,.. you might want to take a look at some animation software like Lightwave_3D  or Maya  or even Softimage

These programs allow you to open up your world of creativity in digital form.

It's good, better then what we had to do in 7th grade for computer class.  Try to fade the flames to gray for smoke or expand them out in each successive frame.  But that's just details, no biggie.

Yeah I am just starting out really in animating. Though I dont draw each frame, I just move the pieces with the free form select. I was actually quite pleased about how the seperation of the pieces turned out.

Anyways its looking really good, a lot better then what I can do. I dont even know how to animate gifs :cry

The seperation sequences are totally inaccurate, the Saturn V jettisons the interstage assembly, it doesn't hold onto it during the next burn.  ESPECIALLY on the S-IV stage where every ounce is absolutely critical!

the dent was from selecting the rocket a little too close to the side and then covering up it in the pencil
