Right after 9/11, my sister in law was in a (very long) check in line at the airport. Her cellphone rang, and she found it was her boss calling her.
She was a little surprised -- and maybe a little nervous -- so she was maybe a little too loud. But when she answered, "Hi, Jack!" it took her a minute to realise why everyone in the line got VERY quiet and stared at her with shocked faces!
