as much as i admire people who admit their mistakes, i don't think that is your motivation here.  

your attempts to justify it by saying that it was only x amount of days is negligible and pointless.  cheating is cheating.  

you shouldnt be just "taking a break"  you should be banned for cheating.  

it's just not cute or funny.

would you rather he stopped, but took credit for the kills he didnt get fairly?

would you rather he realised he was going overboard, but didnt tell anyone...so that some ethics policeman who mined the score page could unmask the great conspiracy for us all?


Bottom line is, the kid made a mistake, and is now taking responsibility for what he did. Honestly, its too bad that more people dont show this "kid's" maturity. Instead of slamming him, or calling him an attention seeker, I'd rather salute him for showing strength of character.

And yeah, I'd bet that next time he keeps his priorities straight, enjoys the game fairly, and doesnt seek further attention.

Actually, no. He improved his score/rank with his actions, which disqualifies him for membership with the BK's. When we shoot squaddies we dont gain in either rank or score, we gain in "shock and awe".
