CHANGING your "HANDLE / CALL SIGN"

I know I've read it somewhere but can't find it.
A thread said something regarding changing your handle was not a common practice unless a good reason specified.

Scenario
I've recently started playing the game and my friend neighbour as recently joined me.
We're playin' the game for fun and CERTAINLY not for the POINTS/ARCADE side of the game.

Hopefully someday we will grow to be a squad with more pilots.
We would like to have common call signs. My friend would like to have his changed accordingly.
Can it be done and if so, where does he need to go to have it done?
He doesn't mind reseting his counters back to zero...

As long as he doesn't mind blowing his perks and stats, you just email support@hitechcreations.com and they will do it for him..

In the email he needs to state that he understands his ranks and perks will be lost.

He also needs to tell Skuzzy his LoginID (thats the ID you log into online play with, not the callsign) and his current gameID (callsign). Then let him know what you would like to have it changed to.

Save yourself the time, and tell them you don't care your perks/score will be lost in the process.

I read somewhere that you contact billing@hitechcreations.com, not support for id name changes.

I think you are correct Traveler. My bad forgetting about that. Usually Carrie is the one dealing with the accounts. But im sure Skuzzy forwards the requests to her.

i called them and they just reset it for me. when i logged back in it asked for a new gameID. of course that might not be possible for everyone cause it isn't a long distance or overseas call for me
