Suddenly during flight i noticed that the range of view seemed to be some kind of shorte than before. Toggling through shift F1-F4 didnīt improve anything
After ending the sortie I left game & restarted.
Suddenly my screen got kinda "whiteout". I could barely see anything & AH2 tried to rebuild cache. Switching per alt-tab do desktop changed nothing, could barely see anything there too. After shutting down AH2, everything reverted to normal.
Looking at my video8.cfg, I found this:

After deleting the file, everything went back to normal, the excessive "DVDVD..." was gone.
The strange thing is, I did not try to change any video settings or view options prior to this incident and was already flying in that session for several hours.
