isn't it funny. i used to be able to get either 180ish people in a LW to fight or maybe join EW and MW to fight 20 or so people

now, EW and MW have 12 players between them, and the LW has 140.

just an observation.

Thats exactly what it is an observation ... at one second of time.

It really means nothing unless you going to appended to this thread every hour or so and give us an arena count for say .... hmmmm ... at least a week ... that should give us a good sampling.

If not, then this thread is a waste of bandwidth.

I like Late War if only because I like to fly the Nikki and they're only available there. That, plus more people in LW so easier to find a fight.

What I do is, if LW Orange has more people than Blue I'll go there, unless there's TOO many people. If one has 180 and the other has 120, I'll take the one with 120. If one has 17 and the other has 112, I'll go with the 112.

I realize that doesn't always help with the lopsided numbers but one time I was given a message by AH that the higher numbered arena was full and that I should go to the other one that had less than twenty people in it. I obliged and had a good time regardless of the fewer players.

I've been having a hard time finding more than 30 or so ppl in the EW and MW arenas at prime time.  Sucks too, because I really like those arenas.

No no no ... it has to be on the hour ... every hour ... for a week before you can start to gather real substantive data.

lol who cares? the ones that are leaving are the timid milkrunning types anyways.. the game as it is will be new to new players coming in and they'll get used to the hieghtended activity that some of us have been waiting a long time to come back..

personally i think the next class of newbies will be much better players eventually than this old class of quitters..

Actually right after the changes, I flew in the EWA about 95% of the time.   I now enjoy downing La7's in Tony's, 38G's and other older craft in the planeset.   That has always been my motivation.

Mid afternoon in the US...not seeing an appreciable difference in the numbers.

Of course, when the arena split came...plenty of people were saying the numbers were dropping, when in fact, they were growing. :)
