When my wife is within my company, I am always the pessimist, she is always the optimist.  When she's at work, I'm am the optimist.  Both sides, depends what the topic is.

Well, I personally think the glass itself is WAY overmodeled in terms of drinking performance....

and, historically, the glass was used in quite a differnt fashion than we use it here...

and I also suspect that this glass does not hold quite as much as it would in RL...

BUT...I'm pretty certain that my AH glass is

HALF-FULL!

Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

For me, it depends upon what is in the glass.
If it's something I like, then I see that glass as half empty.

If it's something yucky, then it is always more than half full and filling fast.

I'm working on just seeing a glass with something in it and then being able to decide whether I want to pick the glass up and drink from it or simply pour it out.

Sorry, but I'm a realist......
If you are drinking from the glass, it's half empty, if you are filling it up, it's half full......... BUT if it's just sitting there........ it's just half a glass of water.
