With the new capture system, how about having a perk Mosquito which carries a flare...

With this flare, you could mark bases which were previously uncapturable, to be open to capture for a window of 30 minutes or so.

Will mean that sneak missions will still be able to work, is a new perk bomber to keep the expert bomber pilots (like me) happy, and more importantly, gives us the excuse to have more Mosquito's in game

What the heck, lets take it a step further and use the Mossies, P38/F5 or Spit IX/XI. Make it a challenge to photo certain targets deep in bad guy land and return without getting shot down.

the other idea would be to have the highest ranking person currently online, or one mission planner to be able to nominate a base for capture which is not currently available. limited to one country at any one time.
