I got this info from your post on the sound card thread . My turtle beach since I put this in this pc has always been kind of skrachy sounding . I moved it tonight after reading the above . Hey man you saved me some coins was gonna buy another sound card . I was just on AH and Pipz was saying I sound alot better now .

Thanks again for all you time and effort , that extra mile really does mean alot to us dweebs .

Maybe a bad idea having all your mic settings at full blast. turn them down a little for a less distorted sound, maybe worth a try.

Yep squealer , I did turn them down just a bit as when testing vox with my name in the V box it's a bit over done .

None really Nilseon. It is just another enconding method. A little more overhead, but for some sound cards, it is the only stable option to use.
