It's not a Spit XII.  What's wrong with that guy? :)

Amazing stuff.  Only beef, is the flat canopy and the Mk V fishtail exhausts.  But who am i to complain.  I'd be lucky to finish a model kit of one :)

but I think the guy pretty much nailed it
I don’t pretend the little Spitfire is perfect, but I do hope it has captured something of the spirit and incomparable beauty of this magnificent fighter – perhaps the closest to a union that art and technology have ever come – a killing machine with lines that are almost sublime.

Ok I played it again when I got home, now I can hear the rumble. :aok .  it probably sounds better live.  

It may not be airworthy but it would at least increase its cool factor with a running engine in it.

I look at that model and I am reminded of when I was 10 or 11 and wished I could be shrunk down to fit in my models and fly them.

Nope and nope and be sure not. 7ft is not a large model.

Bore and Stroke: 1.35 x 1.50 inches (25% scale)
Cylinder Displacement: 2.15 cubic inches = 35.2 cc
Total Displacement: 25.75 cubic inches = 422 cc
Horsepower: 16 @ 3600 rpm (estimated)
Overall length: approximately 20 inches
Weight: approximately 16.5 lb

It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)
