Blue "Flickering" of AH Screens

 I have a Dell 866, W98, GeForce 64meg, 19" Trinitron. I am running AH in 1280X1024 32 bit color < desk top is set to the same>, my fps average from 60 to 80, refresh rate on my monitor is is set at 85mhz, doesn't matter if vsync is on or off < on now >. My problem is this: I get a "light blue flickering" of the screen whenever I look left or right in my view mode. On one occasion, my ded 12 view begain to flicker also. It's begining to become a bit frustrating. Any help is appreciated!

I heard of this blue flicker with GeForce 2 cards before.  Usually it's a driver bug.  Try and see if a newer driver version is available for your GeForce 2 card.

I just realized there is a post about this in the "hardware and software" forum.  It's called "GeForce2GTS "blue" v-sync probs" or something similar.  Maybe you can try some of the things listed in there.  (Might be an issue for HT to look into, but it kind of sounds like a DET3 driver bug.)

I have this problem as well, I've managed to kludge things together so that it is much less of a problem, but it's still there every now and then.

It certainly looks like a driver problem, I can see similar effects in some of the GeForce Demo programs that came with my card.

Starting to miss my old G400 MAX, it may have been slower, but it always just worked =(

Ash,
 I just purchased the same computer and
had the same problems.  
The loaded the Detonater 2 drivers and
use the geforce tweak program that prz
spoke about in a thread on the Hardware
forum. That solved the problem.
 I couldn't get the Det 3 drivers to work.
