F3 mode should only be given to aircraft with formations.

no formation, or formation aircraft shot down = no f3 mode.

Mossie does not have F3 view because it does not have a gunner.

The IL-2 pilot can't see diddly-squat to the rear. That's why they had a rear gunner, who would inform the pilot of what he couldn't see.

In terms of performance, the IL-2 is at the bottom of the heap. SBDs eat them for lunch.

Yep... Just the other day I shot down two LTAR's in IL2's whilst flying a fully loaded (2x100lb and 1x1000lb) SBD.... Easy pickings

Not to specifically use your post as an example, but to address the general whining....

No one has yet to give any reason why the F3 view is a problem, beyond getting killed by least performing aircraft in the game. Moreover, if that is the only reason that can be named, shame on them for being that sucky!

I said it before, just in case it was missed... The IL-2 has NO rear vision to speak of. So, because some pilots can't seem to defeat a cannon-wielding coal barge, they want to make the pilots fly half-blind.... LOLOLOL
