I have an idea that addresses 2 issues that people complain about...
1- no use for bomber perks
2- non-equal numbers for a particular country
What if you could fly a bomber and take a loadout for perk points? The loadout would only be available to countries who are at a significant numbers disadvantage and would be very expensive perk points wise.
What to drop? Well obviously a nuke for one idea but another idea would be to drop propaganda leeflets that would have some effect such as causing people to switch countries or sabatoge to bases by traitors.
