B17 for high alt long range bombing.

B26 for sinking CV's (level-bomb at 8K).

Yak-9u and Spit5 for air-to-air.

Yak-9t for that wonderful 37mm (one hit, you're dead) spud-gun.

Favorite plane? Too many to pick from. I like many planes, and try to fly as many as I can to not lock myself into only knowing one plane (and then being slaughtered any time I fly anything else). Some of my favorites are:

A6M for defense. Depends on the arena as to which version.
Lanc for bombing missions
Panzer on the ground

I really, really enjoy flying the c47. I love trying to fly it down the channels in the trees.

I see a lot of people say the spit5, but all I ever see is the 9 or 16.

Used to be the Jugs back in AH1. Atm im having alotta fun in the 109s and 190s but i may fall back on the jugs later. One thing is for sure, and that is that flying the 109s with the very limited ammo and low velocity rounds (30mms) my aim is prolly better now than during all my years as a jug-o-holic. and it will benefit me if i eventually go back to the ammo-a-plenty jugs.

And no... the 50cals are not crap now.

109K4 for high alt buff intecepts.
190F8 for attack
Stuka or SBD for bombing.

And mix in the 190A8, 109G6,G2 a few jugs and the FM2 for carrier ops.
