I would love to see them work that into the next Con.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

It's definitely on my list of things to do. Next time I'm in the States, I will contrive to be nearby and experience it.

Those SF260's are real little warbirds. The Irish Air Corps had them as basic trainers since 1976. Sadly they were also the nearest thing we had to a fighter/attack aircraft too. They just retired them revently and sold them to someone in the USA. So watch out at an airport near you.

If I ever have money an SF260 is on my shopping list. Unusally they are flown from the right seat. That's because they are intended as a lead in trainer for single seat jets. Here's a vid:

Oh man can you imagine the whinesof the HO artists if the AH community went and did this?

"What do you mean I cant merge like that??
But HO's are a legitimate tactic!!"

A full 2/3rds would never be allowed in the air

:lol

Better yet. I say let em go at it.

That would pair down the gene pool here considerably ;)

That may yet happen. Was supposed to go stateside this year but couldn't make it. I don't need much of an excuse.

Only 6 G's batfink. :)  When RV6 and I were done mine read I'd pulled +5.5 and -2.5

i had plenty of room yet to keep pushing the envelope.  I will say I've got a pretty good idea when both of those happened and they happened pretty  much instant to one another.  Going from an established pull out of a dive into the vertical to a quick snap of the stick forward (by the IP) threw me for a loop.

I needed a break, fresh air and some time.  I didn't revisit my breakfast but that was the closest I'd ever come.  Between the quick change from positive to negative G's and that it wasn't me doing the controlling at the time it wasn't going to be pretty.
