Cocktails for New Year's

Hello all.
Here's the deal. This New Year will bear some changes for me and my folks, and we're saying goodbye to the old year with a bang.
(I sold my cattle and hired myself on a ship....not joking)
So, we're going to make some nice cocktail and I am looking for ideas.
Something not overly complicated, and what the ladies like to drink (I am swamped with a household of ladies), - something tropical maybe.
So, recipies?

It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

When I was in Panama last year I figured I'd try a Pina Colada since I was somewhere "tropical".  For a foo-foo drink it was pretty damn tasty.

It won't be tropical but typical :p

Soupe de Champagne

Soupe angevine
This recipe is as good as the previous but cheaper (crémant is a lot less expensive than champagne ... plus the soupe Angevine is the local cocktail )

PS : I won't be surprised if the girls end topless ... this coktail is particuliary vicious ,it look innocent but it only look innocent :)

given a choice between a screwdriver or a chocolate martini.  which appeals to you more?

he thinks everything is a gay solicitation.  probably forgot to turn off his GAYdar after a night out to the blue oyster bar and grizzle.

i was trying to open it up with a question about his taste so that i could get him into the realm of thinking for the ladies once he became receptive.

(my god, you are worse than ball in a 262 at the tail end of my 1v1 fight when i just about have the bastard in my sites when i see it go boom.)

how about this one.

88's sexo margarita.

salt the rims.

2 oz top shelf tequila
1 oz top shelf orange liquer (gran marnier or equivelant) (blue curaceo if want blue color)
2 oz sweet and sour mix
2 oz orange juice.
squeeze of lime.
splash seven.

shake it like a polaroid picture.

garnish with orange.

88's chocolatini

2oz godiva dark chocolate
2oz godiva white chocolate
2oz top shelf vodka.  (van gogh chocolate vodka is best, but vanilla works well too...)
just a splash of baileys irish cream.

shake briskly with ice.

strain and pour.


note: this one is officially registered as a "panty dropper"
