I am going to assume that by sqeaker you mean 1epic1?

He has a real point. I spawn into TT. I get spawn camped, so I flank the enemies, and spawn camp then. In turn I get spawncamp sniped. I respawn only to be spawn camped by the guy I spawn camped for spawn camping me. I get pissed, so I up an attack craft and bomb them, only to be killed by flak who I then get back at by flattening their V-base, so they then kill me with fighters who I get back at by bombing their airbase. Once thats done, I relax and got back to TT where I got spawn camped starting it all over again. Its a cycle. It happens. In real life, if you had a bunch of tanks in front of you, and you needed to get through, but they kept killing your tanks, what do you do? Bomb them. If your tanks are getting bombed, what do you do? Intercept bombers. If your bombers are getting intercepted, what do you do? Defend them with AA fire. If AA fire is killing your fighters, what do you do? send tanks to kill them. If your flak is getting killed by tanks, what do you do? bomb the tanks...

I could care less about bombers, attack aircraft etc killing GV's fighting at TT
it is part of the game...

The dropping of VH's at TT is another thing as I just dont see the point..

The field is not needed for the winning of the war and is not used to spawn into anything where it poses a threat to anything other than TT..

The only logical purpose I can see of is if one side is camped to the point it is impossible to get anything up at all in their spawn but thats about it..

I was at TT having a good ole time when the VH was dropped.. Just asked a bit on 200 as to why it was necessary and the response was "to hear the whines on 200"..

Just as those who like to furball have complained about "griefers" coming in and killing a CV that was supporting a enjoyable furball this is no different..

But to each their own the VH goes down I can do something else NP :aok

Up until that point I was ok with your assessment--tanking in TT is just mindless fun, and has no real part in overall strategic play, until reset is near--your reaction of bombing the guy who plinked you is juvenile--drive a tiger up from the v base--you can whack his pepe from 3k:aok

lol. You are teh funnney! I learned LONG ago, Tigers in TT are a bad idea, because not only are they the number one target of other tanks, but also of bombers and attack craft. EVERYONE goes for the Tiger.

And, it IS a strategic point, because there are always people who spawn into TT, drive to YOUR V-base, and capture it (Normally Rooks) and ocne they have all of the V-bases, they move on the the airbases. BAM! Your out a VERY convinient airbase.

Scotty: I spawn. Before my engine even starts,  i get killed. I try two more times to see if I can get an opening. Nothing. Keep trying, and soon enough I get one, but I dont go foreward. I flank the feild to get behind the guys who were shooting me. They ARE spawn camping, just from in front. There is no difference between behind and in front. Either way, they still kill you before you can move tou counter them. SO, I flank them, take them out, only to get bombed, or mroe commonly sniped by one of the guys I jsut killed, who is now driving from the V-base because he knows im there. So, I respawn only to be again killed by the guy who just got me because he is now pounding the spawn again.

I think you just summed up the entirety of ground war in AH2, and the reason I hardly ever ride GVs.

Nice.  I think we just upped the ante in the 'nerdy inside joke' animated GIF contest.
