At times, the only one of those four that I had was school. So it could apply to me.

There are two possible answers there. One if you intend to stay poor or are too dumb and lazy to better yourself. Then the answer is to move in beside Nilsen. Norway is the place to be. You will be looked after from all those high taxes Nilsen pays. In fact Nilsen probably pays so much tax that he's probably keeping a family of Gypsies in Champagne right now. Failing that then one of the other Scandinavian countries who favour high taxes and birth to death social welfare. The high tax system works great for them because of course Scandinavians are in general hard workers and earn enough to afford taxes. Thus you can sponge off them easily.

On the the other hand if you want to work hard and better yourself and even have two jobs at once. Then you have a choice of mostly English speaking countries like the USA, UK, Australia and of course my own little country. If you want sunshine then it has to be the USA or Oz.

Of course the question is loaded, the answer is supposed to be the USA. So I'll be awkward and say Ireland. (Well I would, wouldn't I:aok )

Or you could translate that as to having two or three jobs at once i.e. having no life and still be poor. :D

I prefer to do one job, get paid and lie down on the sofa while the American dreamer takes on his second of his three jobs. :D

Sweden would be my guess.
I once offered a job to an unemployed Swede, - I got no thanks.
(the Dole and accomodation was better than what I had to offer)
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

Everyone starts out with "no money, no job, no experience and no school," in a country they didn't choose.
