Mouse Joystick Bug

When I go on certin maps, my mouse (I use it for a joystick) gets reverted jsut to click on things on the menu and in flight and i can't work with my plane. How do I stop it?:(

The mouse as a controller has to do two things, be the game controller and navigate the game interface.
Next time it happens try hitting the H key to toggle between those two modes.
It's not a bug but a feature that lets you use the mouse for both things, it can't do both of them at once.
