Get pingplotter
www.pingplotter.com and trace your connection to beta.hitechcreations.com and alt.hitechcreations.com. Trace it when you are having problems. Then from the edit menu choose "copy as text" and paste the results into your message here on the bbs. Then we can see where the problem is, and if there are still issues Skuzzy may be able to get them resolved.
