The OEM that made your laptop should have drivers.
ATI's (updated) drivers will probably not work since ATI sells a base design that the OEM then takes and modifies to suit their needs. Generally, this results in some changes to the hardware, which then requires modified drivers.
You can try the generic ATI drivers, but bad things could happen.
As with most integrated chipsets, you are sadly out of luck when it comes to decent 3d acceleration support.
