disco problems
« on: December 27, 2000, 03:17:00 AM »
I played aces high for some months using an ISDN connection.  It worked great with no problems.

Recently, I switched to a dial-up (will go broad band in about a month) and the disco problems started.

I average about 15 minutes before being discoed.

PIII, 700 MHz
256 Meg RAM
Matrox G400 Maxx
Zoom/FAXMODEM 56k dualmode operated at 28k.
I have error control and flow control (hardware) enabled.  I have compression disabled.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

AKcurly

Tried disabling Error control?
Also try slowing the connect speed curly, even as far as 19600
