Ok, fine, I'll take 2 and smoke them very, very slowly.

I figure it's my incentive to quit.

Yeah I know, a chick**** excuse, "money", but it's better than nothing.

Good luck to all, I'm right behind you.

Whatever works. You don't get extra points for style when it comes to quitting. Just get it done.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN

First real gain I have seen is that although my wallett is empty four credit card recipts, it reamined about the same weight with the 20 bucks I won on a scratch off today and pocketed instead of buying butts with...whoooa hoooooo!!!!

I'm also noticing my heart rate start to drop.  For the past year if I lay flat on my stomache (on my bed), with my ear to the bed, i'd always hear the deep thump thump thump of my heart.  Now when I do that it has noticeably dropped which I am happy about.

When I finally get the balls (mentally) to go out drinking and not smoke, two more benifits will be......1-  No more butt breath.  Only beer =)
                                     2-  Cologne will actually last

Go for it gents.

Friend of mine tells me that keeping a running total of "Dollars not spent" was a pretty powerful motivator once he got over the initial stir-craziness.

Whatever it takes, guys.
... missions were to be met by the commitment of alerted swarms of fighters, composed of Me 109's and Fw 190's, that were strategically based to protect industrial installations. The inferior capabilities of these fighters against the Mosquitoes made this a hopeless and uneconomical effort. 1.JD KTB
