Search for "noseart"

Look e.g. into "Noseart help please" thread.

mmm..k. Thanks for the replay. I used your link and got a very interesting spit thread, and an neat f4u1d thread, and 350 other thread where I'm sure the answer is in there somewhere. Too bad I have to work today, I might have had time to sift through it all. i'll look later.

If someone has a short but sweet "go here" answer, it'd be much appreciated.

From the Help File > Squads:

Quote
The Upload Noseart button can be used by the squad CO to upload a 64x64 noseart graphic.  Graphics are not displayed in the game nor on the web page until they have been reviewed by the HTC staff.  The transparency color to use in order to make your noseart blend into the plane is {127, 127, 127}.  To upload a graphic, make sure your 64x64 bitmap file is named with your Game ID and is in your ../HTC/Aces High II/squads/ directory.  Next, click the Upload Noseart button.  Once the noseart is approved, your squad members may force the new image to download by deleting the existing noseart in their ../HTC/Aces High II/squads directory.

Despite what the file still says, the alpha replacement color is {176, 176, 176} and the noseart needs to be a 64 x 64 pixels bmp file (indexed, 8bit, 265 colors).

Hope this helps you.
21 is only half the truth.

The point is that there is a very nice search function at these boards. With that link given above, you can find several threads dealing with the very same issue.

I particularly pointed you to a proper thread.. named "Noseart help please".
It is the 14th (or so) from the top in that search. If you dont have the time to scan the thread names yourself, I will not come over and feed you porridge either :p

You would get even better results by searching "upload noseart".
